60 Day Easy Returns Policy

Return requests can be made via our return email here: returns@frejaluxe.com.au

Your return request must meet the guidelines outlined BELOW. FrejaLuxe reserves the right to deny the return if the item(s) fail to meet our return policy requirements, which is in keeping with Fair Trading laws.

Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to respond to your return request. Once your return has been approved, you will be forwarded instructions on how and where to return your order. 

Before lodging your request, please read through the conditions below to ensure your item is eligible for a return. 

Refunds are issued on the original Payment Method ie credit card, Afterpay account.

FrejaLuxe does not cover the return shipping costs, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable service to avoid the risk of a lost parcel. 

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, not sprayed with perfume, unaltered , unwashed , unmarked with original packaging and with all tags attached. 

FrejaLuxe does not offer refunds on CLEARANCE STOCK.

Alternatively, if you wish to exchange your item, subject to stock availability, we will do our absolute best to exchange items. You will be charged for shipment. 

Please contact returns@frejaluxe.com.au and our customer service team will  arrange an exchange on the item.

Faulty Items

We make every effort to ensure our products are of high quality, in the event that you find a fault in an item you have ordered, please contact our customer care team at hello@frejaluxe.com.au please insure you include your order number in the email and a photo of the fault in the email and our customer care team will respond with a solution within two business days.
